Not taken property 's food as tarrif in their menu seems high. Location is very good. Walkable distance to Rly station, Bus stand, Har ki Pauri. Room service is very good. They supplied hot water on demand by bucket. Gyser needs to be rectified.

Property is on main road location, easy accessibility to the entire city , railway station and ganga Ghat. Well maintained cleaned rooms with good behaviour of the hotel staff.

They are not fair. I paid twice for 13/14 feb which they didn't refund. Strange management! rooms are also not so comfortable. No space for luggage

Very good. However, i paid double money for 14 feb 2025 by mistake. Please refund. Hotel is ideally located, maintained well. Only drawback is there's no lift.

At the first meet, the care taker cheated by taking rs 60- for free 3 bottle of drinking water. He asked me whether i need wine. No service, very poor basic amenities. That too i had to ask for. I thought, room as i booked was replaced. Not at all value for money. Very bad experience.

Very helpful staff, the entire team is very nice. Rooms are quite big and spacious. The hotel is very close to railway station and hear ki pauri.

Rooms are well maintained. The location of the property is very good. Well connected from all the main spots of haridwar.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice interiors. Easy approach from bus and railway station as situated on main road. Room service and breakfast was excellent. I even asked for warm drinking water which was delivered in few mins. But exhaust fan was not installed in bathroom leading to unpleasant smell. Overall happy with experience.
